Norhaizad Adam's 2nd full-length creation
with the dance company.
NGOPI, short for mengopi, is the act of drinking kopi (coffee in Malay). It is typically a gathering of a group of people at a kedai kopi (coffee shop in Malay), where they discuss just about anything. A desire to debate, a compulsion to persuade.
In this work, Norhaizad has gathered a diverse team of local and international dancers alongside a stellar creative team to devour theflavors concealed in a common cup of commerce.
