P7:1SMA activates an iconic structure in ‘District 18’ and investigates the grey voids of Tampines Round Market & Food Centre for this season's Arts in Your Neighbourhood.

From dawn to daylight, echoes chatter and inter-mingling between elderly, youths and families. In contrast, there seems to be a looming fear yet intriguing lull in the late afternoon till night.

By heightening the senses, it brings into play mutual respect and active listening of the market to hawker life stories. Come experience the atmosphere at Tampines ‘Pasar Bulat’.
